Overview

The Upright Freezer is a standalone refrigeration appliance specifically designed for freezing and storing food items at sub-zero temperatures. With its vertical, space-saving design, it offers convenient access and efficient organization of frozen goods. Upright Freezers come in various sizes and capacities, providing ample storage space for both commercial and residential use. They feature adjustable shelves, baskets, or drawers, allowing for easy arrangement and retrieval of frozen items. Upright Freezers offer precise temperature control, ensuring optimal freezing conditions to maintain the quality and freshness of food over an extended period. They are essential appliances in kitchens, foodservice establishments, and households that require efficient and reliable frozen food storage.

Standard Features

◉The fuselage is made of 0.8mm thick SS201&304 stainless steel, which has strong corrosion resistance, high hardness, and is not easily deformed. The foam layer is not easy to fall off.

◉It adopts integral foaming process, with a smooth and beautiful appearance. The foam thickness is 70mm for upright freezer. The foam density is 43KG/m³.

◉The compressor uses Germany's Embraco refrigeration compressor, which has a long service life, low failure rate, fast cooling, energy-saving and noise reduction, and low noise level (below 55-60 decibels).

◉The temperature controller uses Italy's Carel temperature controller for precise temperature control and energy-saving.

◉It uses Italy's ELCO motor, which has a long service life, low failure rate, energy-saving, and noise reduction.

◉The fan uses Taiwan's SUNON, which has high air volume, low noise, high temperature resistance, and long service life.

Function

◉Condenser: The condenser dissipates heat from the compressed refrigerant. It is usually located at the rear or bottom of the unit and helps convert the refrigerant from a vapor to a liquid state.

◉Evaporator: The evaporator is where the refrigerant absorbs heat from the freezer compartments, causing it to evaporate and cool the surrounding air.

◉Interior Storage Space: The interior of the freezer is divided into compartments and shelves to provide storage space for different types of food items. Adjustable shelves, door racks, and drawers are often included to help organize and optimize storage.

◉Doors: Upright freezers typically have separate doors for the chiller compartment and the freezer compartment. These doors are equipped with seals to maintain an airtight environment and prevent temperature exchange between the two compartments and the external environment.
