Our team visited Mora Resort in mid-November 2024 to conduct a comprehensive assessment of all kitchen equipment at the resort. We carried out detailed inspections of various kitchen appliances, including cooking equipment, refrigeration units, and dishwashing machines, to evaluate their performance and maintenance status. Through this on-site investigation, we aim to assess the efficiency of the kitchen equipment, analyze its performance in daily operations, and identify any potential areas for improvement. Our goal is to engage in in-depth discussions with the kitchen team at Mora Resort to understand their workflows, equipment usage habits, and the challenges they face, enabling us to better tailor solutions that are suitable for the resort and select the most appropriate products.
