This is not just a simple service provision, but a testament to the deep trust we have built with our clients. We have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality kitchen solutions tailored to the unique needs of each resort.
The originally estimated installation time for the project was 50 days. However, through the collective effort of the entire team, we completed it in just 25 days. All key deliverables were successfully met, and all requirements were satisfied and accepted. The project was completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
The entire installation team took a group photo with the project stakeholders at the end of the project.
To ensure the success of the project, a dedicated team of experienced engineers and technicians were dispatched for the 50-day installation. We are sending two of our most experienced technicians, Bing and Daniel, who come with a wealth of engineering and installation experience. Their expertise is crucial for the successful execution of this project. Although most of the members had worked on international projects before, the Tanzanian culture and climate were new challenges for us.
Day5 -Project Overview & Cold Room Installation
Before their departure to Tanzania, Bing and Daniel underwent a comprehensive one-month training program. This intensive training not only refreshed their technical skills but also focused on project-specific requirements, safety protocols, and effective installation practices. The objective was to ensure they are well-prepared to address any challenges that may arise on-site.In addition to this training, they meticulously prepared all necessary installation materials to ensure a streamlined process upon arrival. This preparation included verifying that the correct equipment and tools were available and in good condition, as well as ensuring that all installation materials met our high-quality standards. Being proactive in their preparation is a testament to their professionalism and commitment to excellence.
From conceptual design to equipment procurement, and finally to installation and commissioning, all our efforts will culminate in a wonderful experience.

Moreover, both technicians engaged in scenario-based training sessions, where they simulated potential on-site situations that might pose challenges. This proactive approach empowers them to respond swiftly and efficiently to unforeseen circumstances, minimizing downtime and ensuring that the installation process remains on track. Their readiness is vital not only for the technical aspects of the job but also for fostering a collaborative environment with the local team in Tanzania.
