The client first contacted INEO in January 2024. Despite the extremely tight delivery schedule and the fact that the Chinese New Year holiday was causing many supply chains to halt production, we made every effort to meet the client's timeline requirements.After comparing three supplier companies, the client ultimately chose INEO. They were invited to our company and showroom to discuss the proposal and conduct a site visit. The entire project was finalized within just 15 days.
Initially, the client came with their own design proposal. However, after confirming the order, we optimized the proposal by incorporating more suitable kitchen equipment into their design. Due to our prompt follow-up and timely service, we were able to present a superior proposal that showcased our capabilities and services effectively. Consequently, the client decided to go with INEO.

Arrange for shipment after 100% quality inspection
In September 2024, the INEO technical team arrived at the construction site of the project in Mongolia to carry out installation and support work. We provided comprehensive training for the employees operating the equipment and ensured timely follow-up on after-sales maintenance services. Although the project is still under construction, we remain committed to executing every task to the highest standards. Notably, the inaugural use of the employee cafeteria signifies that our equipment has officially been put into operation.
