Our client in Côte d'Ivoire worked with us for the second time on the specified kitchen project. Initially, the client provided us with a list of equipment and a rough hotel layout plan (with only the overall length indicated). After our design team discovered discrepancies between the dimensions on the list and the design, multiple communications and presentations of visual effects were necessary to confirm the final plan. A notable detail of the project was when the client sent a small list of items related to chemical cleaning agents, computers, drones, and tablecloths after confirming the kitchen order. Upon providing a quote to the client, we discovered that the export control for the cleaning agents was stringent, requiring numerous documents. After patiently explaining this to the client, they eventually expressed understanding and canceled this product. Initially, the client requested that all equipment-related products have instruction manuals in the local language.
