The project manager expressed their interest in our products and services, highlighting their commitment to quality and excellence. The project manager planned to visit our company in May 2024 to further discuss the project and evaluate our proposal. During the visit, we presented our tailored proposal and gave a detailed walkthrough of our offerings. Our team addressed all their queries and concerns effectively. After fruitful discussions and negotiations, we successfully reached an agreement on the terms of the project.

From November 7 to November 9,2024, we conducted a three-day quality inspection with the project manager from Radisson Blu Pune. They flew from India to China for an equipment inspection. The INEO quality inspection team was with the client every step of the way, guiding them through the factory.During this time, we examined ovens, dishwashers, custom stainless steel products, refrigerators, and cooking equipment.Our quality inspection department and the project manager accompanied the client throughout the entire process. We performed thorough checks on each piece of equipment, ensuring that every product was tested for water flow, air circulation, and electrical functionality.
During the inspection, our quality inspection team carefully reviewed each piece of equipment, focusing on materials, craftsmanship, and functionality. They ensured that everything met the client’s requirements and standards. Additionally, they monitored the production progress on-site to guarantee timely delivery.
In the end, the client was very satisfied with the results and expressed the importance of collaborating with INEO. They conducted thorough checks on the production progress and quality of all items on the hotel equipment list.This on-site inspection gave the client greater confidence in the quality of all equipments and our services, strengthening the trust and collaboration between both parties in the future.
