Over the past year, we have engaged in deep collaboration and communication with our client from Bangladesh, totaling around 7 to 8 meetings. These discussions have primarily focused on the ongoing Convention Centre project, where we meticulously reviewed the project drawings and selected equipment types to ensure we meet the client's needs and standards.
During this cooperation, the customer also developed a new product, a smokeless stove specifically designed for local cuisine. They have reviewed it several times and made a few revisions. We are now looking forward to their feedback following the testing.
To further advance this project, we have planned an on-site visit to Bangladesh on July 10, 2024. This visit will not only allow us to conduct precise measurements in collaboration with the client representatives and the project team, but it will also serve as an invaluable opportunity to discuss the finer details of the project. We aim to thoughtfully explore each aspect, from design to implementation, ensuring that the project progresses smoothly.
This on-site investigation represents a significant milestone in our relationship with the Bangladeshi client, symbolizing the deepening of our collaboration and trust. We are eager to use this visit not only to wrap up the necessary preparations for the project but also to further solidify our partnership, working together to create a high-quality banquet hall that will serve as the ideal venue for future gatherings and events.
The Convention Centre project spans 2,000 square meters and consists of six floors, featuring two banquet halls that can accommodate over 600 guests simultaneously. Our goal is to provide high-quality conference and banquet services to the local community.

The orders are being shipped gradually, and we look forward to customers providing more details on equipment installation and feedback on the equipment testing process.
On December 25, 2024, our team arrived at the banquet hall project site to provide equipment installation support for a duration of 15 days. We confirmed the designated positions as per the drawings during the installation process, we went through several important steps:
1. Installing the Smoke Extraction System The team began by installing the smoke extraction system. We divided into smaller groups to ensure that each component was installed accurately at its designated position. Simultaneously, we made necessary adjustments to the drawings based on the actual conditions on-site to address unforeseen challenges.
2. Kitchen Equipment Testing After the installation was completed, the team conducted a series of equipment tests, which included assessing the functionality of the smoke extraction system and the compatibility between different pieces of equipment. Through meticulous testing, we ensured that all systems operated properly and met safety standards.
3. Employee Guidance and Training Once we ensured the smooth operation of the installed equipment, we provided operational training for the on-site staff. We thoroughly explained the equipment's operating procedures, safety precautions, and how to perform basic troubleshooting. We valued the feedback from employees, boosting their confidence in using the new equipment.
The project manager expressed high appreciation for our work, believing that our support laid a solid foundation for the successful launch of the kitchen project. The staff also felt confident in operating the new equipment and looked forward to increased efficiency in their work.
