In 2016, Chicky, a fast-food company based in Antananarivo, Madagascar, sought to establish a new restaurant and expand its operations to Avenue de l'Indépendance. Specializing in fried chicken, Chicky aimed to maintain high-quality food preparation while adhering to a reasonable budget.
Recognizing the client's needs, we applied our expertise in commercial kitchen rationalization and professionalization to meticulously design streamlined processes for each specific area. This ensured seamless flow from receiving to storage, processing, cooking, washing, storage, and meal preparation. Collaborating closely with Chicky, we ensured the efficient use of equipment and space throughout the project, underscoring our commitment to delivering comprehensive solutions that aligned with the client's vision.
As a result of our collaborative efforts, the second Chicky restaurant successfully opened in mid-December 2017 on Avenue de l'Indépendance. This joint accomplishment reflects our ability to understand and address our client's unique requirements and our commitment to providing tailored, high-quality solutions.
