The local restaurant in Bellevue which has been in operation for approximately six years decided to undergo a transformation to become an Indian cuisine restaurant. Recognizing the need for a complete kitchen renovation to accommodate this new culinary direction, the restaurant owner turned to INEO for our expertise.The decision to switch to an Indian menu was driven by the growing popularity of Indian cuisine in the area and the desire to attract a broader clientele. However, to effectively serve traditional Indian dishes, the kitchen required a complete overhaul. The existing equipment was not suitable for the new menu and needed to be replaced with modern, high-quality appliances that could handle the unique cooking techniques and high-volume demands of Indian food preparation.
Our INEO team began by conducting a thorough assessment of the current kitchen layout and existing equipment. We worked closely with the restaurant owner to understand their vision for the new Indian restaurant, discussing menu items, cooking styles, and operational workflow. Based on this collaboration, we recommended a series of state-of-the-art appliances tailored specifically for Indian cooking, including tandoors, new ranges, fryers, and refrigeration units.The renovation process was meticulously planned to minimize disruption to the restaurant's operation.
